How do I reserve a bounce house or inflatable rental?

Booking your bounce house rental in Spokane is easy!

Simply start the process by completing information at the top of the page.

Planning a larger party with multiple inflatables, obstacle courses, or water slides? Email us at team@bouncetime.co and we’ll happily provide a custom party rental quote.

A deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposits are refundable for weather cancellations.

What payment methods do you accept?

For our Spokane bounce house rentals, we accept:

• Most major credit cards
• Cash (please have exact change since drivers do not carry cash)

If you paid the deposit at the time of booking, the full remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery. Need to pay by check? No problem — email team@bouncetime.co to make arrangements.

What areas do you deliver bounce houses to?

We provide bounce house delivery throughout Spokane and Spokane Valley.

$45 delivery fee applies to:

99001, 99005, 99011, 99021, 99217, 99218, 99224

Due to licensing and insurance requirements, we currently do not deliver equipment rentals to Idaho.

How do I change or cancel my bounce house reservation?

We understand plans change.

Please email team@bouncetime.co as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your inflatable rental.

A few helpful notes:

• Rentals are first-come, first-served
• Changes (including adding units) depend on availability

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, all payments (including the deposit) will be fully refunded.

How far in advance should I reserve party rentals?

We recommend reserving your Spokane bounce house rental as early as possible.

Weekends, holidays, and popular water slides and inflatable combos often book out weeks or even months in advance.

Booking early ensures the best selection of inflatables for your event.

What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatables?

At Bounce Time, All-Day Rental really means all day.

Unlike many party rental companies that offer only 4-hour rentals, we deliver in the morning and pick up in the evening so you can enjoy your inflatable longer.

Choose your preferred window when booking:

  • Morning (delivery 7-9am, pickup 3-5pm)
  • Afternoon (delivery 8-11am, pickup 5-7pm)
  • Evening (delivery 10am-1pm, pickup 6-9pm)

Exact delivery times may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.

An adult must be present to accept delivery.

What happens if the weather cancels my inflatable rental?

Weather in Spokane and Spokane Valley can be unpredictable.

If bad weather forces cancellation before setup, your deposit and any payments will be refunded in full.

Once the inflatable has been fully setup, rental charges apply.

If weather arrives during your event:

  1. Everyone should exit the inflatable immediately

  2. Turn off the blower

  3. Unplug the unit until the weather passes

Before using again, ensure the inflatable is dry and securely anchored.

How long does inflatable setup take?

Most bounce house or inflatable slide setups take about 20–30 minutes.

During this time we:

• Position the inflatable
• Secure it safely with anchors
• Inspect the equipment
• Clean if needed
• Review safety guidelines with you

Then it’s bounce time!

What do I need for inflatable setup?

To install your Spokane inflatable rental, we’ll need:

• A standard 110v outlet within 65 feet
• Sprinklers turned off the day before
• Nothing else plugged into the same outlet

The setup area should also:

• Be clear of sticks, rocks, or debris (including pet waste)
• Have about 4 feet of open space to the setup area - including through fence gates. Please ensure vehicles and obstacles are moved before delivery.

Can bounce houses be set up indoors?

Yes! Our inflatables can be used indoors or outdoors.

Indoor locations for Spokane party rentals often include:

  • Gymnasiums
  • Community centers
  • Event halls
  • Shopping centers
  • Churches
  • Schools

Indoor setups typically require about 20 feet of ceiling height.

Inflatables must be kept away from heaters, hot lights, or fire hazards.

What surfaces can inflatables be placed on?

The safest surface for bounce house rentals is level grass, but we can also set up on:

• Concrete
• Asphalt
• Rock or bark
• Driveways
• Cul-de-sacs

Just tell us the setup surface when booking so we bring the proper anchors.

Is supervision included with the rental?

Each inflatable requires one adult supervisor.

You may:

• Provide your own adult supervisor, or
• Hire one of our trained attendants for an additional fee

If providing your own supervision, you will be asked to review and sign our safety agreement before the rental.
