Rented a bouncy castle and a cotton candy machine, had a good experience. Staff is friendly, good accurate updates on pickup and delivery, the product was just as expected and kids had a blast. Worth the money to make a fun party

Bounce Time was great! They were extremely communicative which was amazing because our party got rained out and we were able to come up with a back up plan with a different bouncy that would fit in our barn for the kids. Delivery and pick up was seamless as well. The kids had a blast!

10/10 recommend and will use again! They showed up and set up at 8:30am and we had the bounce house all day until 5. The crew were kind and informative. I like that you can schedule online and they also send email reminders/confirmations which was appreciated.

They were wonderful! Let me do a very very last minute booking(night before) for my son’s birthday. They went above and beyond for us. We appreciated their kindness and efficiency! The kids loved it and had a great time. Fair pricing, highly recommend.

We rented a bounce house and a cotton candy machine for our Dental Office Family BBQ. They were great! Super at communicating with us when they were coming, explaining how to use the machines, and what was expected of us in regards to clean-up. The kids had so much fun bouncing! And they promised they wouldn't tell anyone that a Dental Office rented a cotton candy machine and used ALL the cotton candy that came with it! (LOL) We would definitely use them again!

Had an incredible party for my 5 year old thanks to Bounce Time Rentals. So worth the money. The kids were laughing and jumping the whole party. The team was very friendly and prompt to set up and tear down at the times they denoted. I didn’t have to do a thing for set up or tear down except tell them location of the bounce house. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I would definitely rent from here again.

Bounce time rental really came through.Birthday girl was the first to jump in the bounce house until her guest arrived. We had the cotton candy machine in the garage and had a doorway where all the kids lined up in a single filed line. Overall was a great experience. I was so pleased with the day I had to give some bbq to the delivery crew who came and set up and took down fast and with ease. I said this before and I will say it again. I will be booking again real real soon. Also thank you to the people behind the scenes because whatever questions I had they answered within that day.
